Just because a company is small doesn't mean that there aren't challenging employer - employee issues. 

In fact, HR problems may be less frequent but they can be even more acute in small organizations.  HR challenges in Micro business' simply add the component that everyone has working relationship with each other - good or bad.  Sometimes relationships cloud the current issue; sometimes there isn't time to work it by trial and error; sometimes you just don't know "what's the right thing to do" and when you seek advice, will it work.....many times its just makes sense to touch base with an expert.  

There are a number of resources for generic HR support.  If that's what you require we're not your resource.  Rather, we make the effort to learn your organization and tailor our recommendations to meet your company's specific situation.
