We've designed the survey to provide information not just data. Our format generates knowledge in a manner that focus management on improving employee productivity, customer service, and employee morale. Here are just a few of the particulars:

Our "Pulse Rate" process is careful to focus on those things that can improve as opposed to surfacing issues that can't be corrected in the near term. Further, the process clearly identifies that everyone, not just management is responsible for creating a "good place to work."
bulletOur standard questions can be benchmarked against the responses of over 100,000 employees who have also answered these questions.
bulletEach work group will receive their own report. Middle managers receive reports indicating the responses of their combined organizations. CEO's receive a report that combines all of the employees responses in a concise and easily to assimilate format.
bulletWe will maintain the data base for a number of years. This provides you the ability to reference the data months into the future in the event your faced with: discrimination claims; leadership failures: a union organization drive; or to just simply track your improvement.
The Pulse Rate process provides focus to the entire organization on producing measurable results in productivity, customer service, and employee morale.

The action plans that we'll assist you to generate will help in executing specific corrective actions and provide communication links within the entire management line and staff groups.  In a simple format it identifies: what needs to be done; when it should be finished (or a progress report is due); who will do it; and what resources/methods will be needed.

The key to the process is that Sr. Management has a vehicle to measure, motivate, and track subordinates activities in actually realizing improvement.
